Wright Balance is a model of Balance, Symmetry and Core Strengthening for maximum use of the ground to generate power and accuracy with minimum stress on the body. This begins with a symmetrical setup. You will learn to place your students in a symmetrical setup to the ball based upon their body measurements. From this setup, your students will apply maximum force to the ground with greater power and accuracy.

What:  During Level 1 Wright Balance Professional Training you will learn to set your student’s foundation in a stance width that matches their strength. You will also learn an exercise that will result in greater flexibility, less pain and muscle soreness following practice and play.

During Level 2 Wright Balance Professional Training you will learn how to determine your student’s personal angle for maximum range of motion and power from their dominant core region stance widths.

During Level 3 Wright Balance Professional Training you will learn how to set your student’s grip power spot for maximum power. You will understand the relationship of your student’s power spot to their dominant core region stance widths, their power angle and power at the top of the swing.

During Level 4 Wright Balance Fitter Training you will learn how to set your student’s complementary grip. You will also learn the relationship of a complementary grip, power angle, dominant core region stance widths and sequencing of motion by core region.

During Level 5 Wright Balance Fitter Training you will learn how to determine grip size by core region and how to set your student’s proper grip size. You will learn to adjust grip size by core region on a sliding scale within industry standards for changes in heel to toe balance. You will learn to test which grip size sets maximum power at the top of the swing. You will also learn the relationship of grip size to setting the arms and hands under the shoulders, putter through driver.
