What: SuperCoach54 Training Program.
The SuperCoach54 Training Program leads to the discovery of the Why, What, and How of Coaching. BE a Coach!
This remote training program will give you the skills to explore and expand your coaching potential. This innovative, multi-platform, online training program is being brought to you – anywhere in the world – through the CoachNow app / website. The VISION54 principles are delivered using PDF docs, audio and video instruction, and actionable practice assignments since we know it’s by doing and exploring that these skills come alive. You train at your own pace through each week’s assignments with no time restrictions or live sessions. Lynn & Pia will offer support throughout the training program and you’re encouraged to interact with the other coaches in the group.
Key Learning Outcomes:
WHY Coach – gain clarity on your own values, beliefs, and vision to bring into focus who you want to be as a coach and as a person.
WHAT to Coach – complement technical skills with in-depth learning of the VISION54 Human Skills.
HOW to Coach – develop essential communication skills to support players in becoming their own best coaches.
BE a Coach – manage your state as a coach to better connect with your players.
This training program consists of two 9-week segments. The first 9 weeks, Part One, teaches the SuperCoach54 fundamentals, while the second 9 weeks, Part Two, goes deeper and wider into these foundations.

What: Coaching for the Future
Coaching for the Future – Three day coaching program for teachers and coaches. During this three 1/2 day program you will learn about the VISION54 Human Skills of the Game, get clear on your own goals and vision, and learn how to coach so the golfer can learn to manage themselves on the course. We’ll share our experiences as coaches and what has been our successful good learnings.
Program content is organized into three segments allowing you to customize your experience by selecting which segments you want to attend to get the most out of your time with us. Pricing is based on your segment selections.
Segment 1
What to Coach – The Human Skills of the Game
A one-day learning of the VISION54 Human Skills of the Game. This indoor session teaches the foundations of the non-technical skills of the game. The super coaches of the future will know how to integrate the technical skills and the human skills. Both are essential to perform on the golf course.

Segment 2
Why to Coach – Creating a Vision / Possibilities
A half-day of guided reflection to get clarity on your own vision, goals, beliefs, purpose and values of coaching. With all the options and information available to us today, it has become an essential skill to know what is most important to do and help in making choices.
Fees: $250.
Segment 3
How to Coach – Establishing Trust & Connection
A two-day training in creating trust and connecting with your students. You will train how to best ask questions, listen, give feedback and observe ON the golf course. The training will take place on the practice area and on the golf course. The intention is to learn the skills needed to connect with a variety of golfers and support them to being able to coach and manage themselves.
