What: We are pleased to announce the launch of the Swing Catalyst Certification Program. The program has been developed by Dr. Scott Lynn (Associate Professor at California State University, Fullerton and Research Director at Swing Catalyst) and aims to provide a better understanding of how biomechanics can help golfers improve their swing and avoid injury.
The Certification Program is currently divided into two courses: Level 1 and Level 2.
Level 1 is an online course which focuses on basic biomechanics terminology and the difference between shifting mass and shifting pressure (CoM vs. CoP). Students will also learn about the Swing Catalyst Balance Plate and how the best players in the world are shifting pressure to create more power.
Level 2 is a one day seminar and offers students who have completed Level 1 a more in-depth look at biomechanics in golf. During the seminar students will also learn how the Swing Catalyst 3D Motion Plate can help visualize the invisible forces leading to a powerful and efficient golf swing.
Cost: Level 1 is free. Level 2 is $79.00.
