What: Mental Golf Type is a personalized approach to mental performance. First, it identifies a player’s Mental Golf Type from one of 16 different options. Secondly, it reveals a player’s natural strengths and gifts based on that Mental Golf Type. Thirdly, it reveals specifically what happens when they become stressed. Finally, it teaches players how to shift back to their best, based on their unique mental hard-wiring. Consistency in performance comes from the ability to manage stress and stress becomes easier to manage when you understand your mental make up.
The Mental Golf Type Certification program is an online certification course combined with live training/support. All participants receive lifetime access to the online materials and can participate in any of the live training classes or monthly support calls offered. The online materials consist of 19 modules and a total of 123 lessons. Lessons include video and corresponding manuals. Participants can move through the course at their own speed. Completion of the online materials will provide 10 CEU’s to PGA members. All live training classes and coach support calls are conducted via Google Meet and recorded for replay.
